Well, the school year is over and from all of us here at Nunaka Valley: Have a great summer break! You can still check back here every so often for updates. We still have a bunch of slideshows and end of the year projects that we haven’t posted yet. In the meantime you can watch the video we made of our last Song of the Month: What a Wonderful World. Nunakavallley.com was behaving badly for the last few days. Sorry about that. I think the website may have stepped in some chewing gum. We cleaned it up and it should be fine now, I promise.

The Song of the Month for January was This Old Man and we all had a

great time singing and playing along with all sorts

of instruments. Our recording includes a little bit from almost everybody here at Nunaka Valley. It has a great bass line played by Mrs. Circle’s 5th grade class, some awesome rhythm stick work by Ms. Emde’s 4/5 class, and wonderful sound effects performed by Ms. Donahue’s 1st grade class. The words are sung by the kids in Mrs. Richardson’s and Mrs. Crandall’s classes. We hope you enjoy it.
